Measuring Magnifier Scale, Loupe 10x with LED Lighted
Friends, today's topic is, today we are going to discuss Measuring Magnifier Scale, Loupe 10x with LED Lighted. The Measuring magnifier scale instrument that we are using today, we use to do a visual inspection of jewelry or to visualize very small tasks in the automobile sector. like glass, Car front side mirrors, great for printing, handcrafts, watch repairs, reading coins, jewelry, stamps, small insects, etc.
We will use it as follows:-
Principle of Measuring Magnifier Scale, Loupe 10x with LED Lighted:-
The principle of measuring the magnifier scale, Loupe 10X is based on a lens. A lens is a shaped piece of transparent glass or plastic that refracts light. ''When light is refracted it changes direction due to the change in density as it moves from air into glass or plastic''.
Measuring Magnifier Scale, Loupe 10x with LED Lighted Parts:-
- 1 x Scale Loupe
- 9 x Scale chart
- 4 x Button battery (installed)
- 1 x Sturdy carrying case
How to use Measuring Magnifier Scale, Loupe 10x with LED Lighted:-
- To inspect it, we first set the part we want to inspect with the help of a fixture and we have to do the background lighting behind it.
- Using the lens with the help of our eyes, we set the lens on the defective part.
- With the help of the scale used in the lens, we take the size of the defect which is visible inside that part.
- In this lens, we can take the size of 25mm
- With the help of a lens, we measure the size of the defect.
- After that, we note down the readings
- If the reading is not read in the scale, then we can use the light in it.
